Mark co-founded Share Certificate Registrar in 2004 and has led the company ever since. He is a Chartered Accountant with prior experience in an investment management firm, and he has also served as the Company Secretary for a publicly listed company. With over 20 years of experience in share registration, Mark brings a wealth of expertise to the organisation.
RICHARD BURGESS
Director
Richard was previously a Managing Partner at a well-known investment firm. He joined Share Certificate Registrar in 2005 and has stayed actively involved in the company's growth. He is a respected Chartered Secretary.
MARGARET HALLOWAY
