This service lets companies securely access their register and download shareholder lists, transfer reports, and proxy reports. Shareholders can securely access details regarding their holdings and update their addresses, communications preferences, and dividend payment details.

Share Certificate Registrar is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017. Despatch of shareholder communications
We can assist with printing and dispatching Annual Reports, Interim Reports, Notices of General Meetings, and other communications to shareholders.
Electronic communication with shareholders
We can assist companies with conducting an e-communication preference exercise, including providing pro forma documentation. We can record shareholder communication preferences and provide label runs, or electronic lists streamed according to elections—electronic, deemed electronic, or hard copy. We can email shareholders who have provided their email addresses with a notification that a document is available on the Company's website.
Payment of dividends and interest (including BACS)
Dividends can be paid through a Share Certificate Registrar client deposit account with our bankers, and dividend payments may be made through the BACS system. Management of a dividend payment includes agreeing on record and payment dates, arranging check printing and dispatch from one of the US's leading security firms, checks including image scanning survivable security features, printing confirmations, submission of the transfer file to the bank, and delivery to the US postal service. We will also reconcile client deposit accounts on the Company's behalf. Share Certificate Registrar can also manage scrip dividend schemes.

We can provide information on a company's share register analysed according to each Company's specifications.
Register analysis, Section 793 requests and maintenance of Section 808 register
We can provide register analysis tailored to your requirements. We can issue notices under Section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 requiring nominee shareholders to provide information regarding underlying shareholders. We can also maintain the register recording the responses required by Section 808 of the Act.

Change of address security letters and dividend mandates
The Share Certificate Registrar will acknowledge in writing all change of address notifications and dividend mandates received from private individuals.
Maintenance of the share register
We register and certify forms of transfer and process other legal documents affecting title, including powers of attorney, changes of address, and dividend mandates. We also act upon all instructions received through CREST and DCT and prepare, seal, and dispatch share certificates.
Management information
Transfer reports detailing register movements are prepared monthly. Significant share movements can be notified daily.
Provision of shareholder list for the Annual General Meeting
A shareholder list will be provided as a paper document for the Annual General Meeting.
Shareholder enquiry service
We maintain a correspondence, email, and telephone enquiry service for shareholders and their agents. The staff members who look after our clients' registers are the same people who deal with queries from clients, their advisors, brokers, and shareholders. This enables us to provide an efficient and friendly response.
Statutory inspection rights
We promptly respond to companies' requests to inspect or copy the members' registers. For requests that meet the "proper purpose" test, we can provide a supervised facility for register inspection at our offices.
